Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee where she majored in Interior Design and minored in Architecture. She began her career in Interior Design, working for Gresham Smith and Partners in the Corporate Division and eventually the Healthcare Division. Susan is a mother of 3 children, 2 grown sons, and a daughter currently in 5th grade at Creekside Elementary. She has been happily married to Craig Salazar, a Franklin native, for 30 years. Her family are members of the Church of the City in Franklin and have been very active in Scouts for many years.

Susan started her career in Real Estate in January 2004 with Keller Williams Realty. She serves as an investor in the market center and serves as part of the education team for new agents. Susan would love to help your family meet their real estate goals whether it be buying a home, selling a home, or investing in real estate. She services the following areas: Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Mt Juliet, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Arrington, College Grove, Thompsons’s Station, Spring Hill, and Columbia.
